Halverson Tree was built on a foundation of experience and a genuine passion for the work. After more than 22 years in the tree care industry, Ben Halverson founded the company in 2018 with a vision of delivering high-quality tree care while building a strong, supportive team.

After two successful years, Ben and his wife Emily chose to pause operations to focus on their growing family, welcoming their sons in 2020 and 2022.

In March 2025, they reopened Halverson Tree with a renewed sense of purpose—focused not just on building a business, but on creating a company grounded in professionalism, respect, communication, and care.

As a locally rooted, family-owned company, they take pride in serving the same community they call home. Today, Halverson Tree continues to grow with a focus on high-quality work and a strong, supportive team culture.

Our Philosophy

We don’t approach tree care with a one-size-fits-all mindset. Every property is different, and every recommendation is made with the long-term health of your landscape in mind.

As an arborist-led company, our work goes beyond removals and trimming. We look at the bigger picture—your trees, your property, and how everything works together over time. In some cases that means removal, but in others it means preservation, planting, or a more thoughtful plan.

That mindset carries through every part of the process. From your first call to the final cleanup, we focus on clear communication, careful planning, and work that’s done with intention.
