Halverson Tree was born out of both passion and experience. After more than 15 years in the tree care industry, Ben Halverson founded the company in 2017 with a vision of delivering top-quality tree work while building a healthy, supportive team culture. After two successful years, Ben and his wife Emily chose to pause operations to focus on family life and welcomed two sons during that time.

In March 2025, they felt called to reopen this chapter—this time with renewed purpose and excitement to build not just a business, but a workplace grounded in professionalism, respect, communication, and care. Today, Halverson Tree serves the community with a passion for high-level tree work and a strong company culture that continues to grow.

Ben Halverson, Founder

Ben leads day-to-day field operations, crew scheduling, and customer consultations. He works directly with clients to assess trees, build project plans, and ensure every job is set up for success. With deep technical expertise and a hands-on leadership style, Ben is the go-to for scheduling, logistics, and job details.

Beyond daily operations, Ben also guides the long-term vision of the company—focusing on sustainable growth, equipment investment, training, and building a team that delivers exceptional results year after year.
