Founder | Board Certified Master Arborist

Ben leads the day-to-day field operations, crew scheduling, and customer consultations. He works directly with clients to assess trees, build project plans, and ensure every job is set up for success. With deep technical expertise and a hands-on leadership style, Ben is the go-to for logistics, job details, and execution in the field.

Beyond daily operations, Ben plays a key role in shaping the long-term vision of the company—focusing on sustainable growth, equipment investment, and building a highly skilled team. He is deeply committed to employee development, training, and creating opportunities for his crew to grow within the industry.

As a Board-Certified Master Arborist, Ben brings a broader perspective to his work—valuing not just the outcome of each job, but the standards, safety, and professionalism of the tree care industry as a whole. He is passionate about advancing the trade, elevating best practices, and positioning Halverson Tree as a company known for both quality work and strong leadership.

Emily Halverson
Founder

Emily leads Halverson Tree’s internal systems, branding, and marketing efforts—shaping how the company operates and how its story is shared with the community. She oversees payroll, employee administration, benefits, and the day-to-day processes that keep the business running efficiently and compliantly.

She also manages key business requirements such as insurance, licensing, permits, and certifications—ensuring every project is backed by the proper credentials and completed to the highest professional standards. From brand presence to behind-the-scenes operations, Emily plays a central role in building a company that is both well-run and deeply rooted in its community.

Nicole Peltier
Office Manager + Customer Experience

Nicole is often the first point of contact at Halverson Tree and plays a key role in creating a smooth, organized experience for every customer. She manages incoming calls and emails, coordinates scheduling, and ensures each project moves forward with clear communication from start to finish.

Nicole works closely with both the team in the field and customers at home—keeping everyone informed, answering questions, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. With years of experience in service-based operations and customer coordination, her attention to detail and friendly, responsive approach help set the tone for the level of care and professionalism Halverson Tree is known for.
